The Financial Supervisory Service hereby issues a correction to an article concerning Hermes Investment Management that appeared on Korea Times on February 2. The Financial Supervisory Service is currently investigating the trading of shares of Samsung Corporation by Hermes Investment Management and the trading of shares of LG Card by Warburg Pincus for possible unfair trading. The investigations are ongoing, and no decision has been made about what actions the Financial Supervisory Service will take.
