The FSC decided to grant Viva Republica (Toss) a preliminary license to operate investment brokerage business on March 18, 2020, as it has met the requirements of capital adequacy, appropriateness of business plan and soundness of management specified by the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act.

In six months, Viva Republica will be required to submit application for a final approval after getting its human resources and physical infrastructure ready. Viva Republica may begin its securities brokerage business within six months of getting the final approval from the FSC.
