The COVID-19 financial support package prepared for small merchants, SMEs and middle market enterprises is made available through diverse banking and non-banking channels beginning on April 1.

As such, the financial authorities along with the heads of public financial institutions and relevant federations will carry out on-site support visits from April 1 to 3 in order to facilitate the implementation of the financial package and help resolve difficulties in the process of delivery.

The purpose of the on-site support visits by the financial authorities is to ensure a seamless delivery of the financial support by closely communicating with both recipients and employees of financial institutions.

The authorities will closely listen to the voices from the field and work to mitigate inconveniences, while improving relevant rules and regulations where necessary.
