At a seminar on facilitating open banking system, FSC Chairman Choi Jong-ku said that Korea is now equipped with one of the world's most excellent infrastructure for financial settlement. With establishment of the open banking system, all financial companies and banks will be able to provide more convenient financial payment services at a lower cost starting from December this year.
