Chairman Lee Eog-weon of the Financial Services Commission traveled to Gwangju and visited the city's AI industry cluster on July 7. During his visit to the site, Chairman Lee talked about the significance of AI as a key technology driving the future of the mobility, energy, and health care industries. In this regard, Chairman Lee said that the government will make sure to provide active assistance with policy financial institutions to develop Gwangju's AI industry cluster into a global hub for innovation.
