At the meeting, officials viewed that market volatility has risen recently due to global rate hike expectations, uncertainty over AI investment, and rising oil prices. In this regard, Chairman Lee said that it is critical to maintain close cooperation between financial authorities and related organizations to make sure to closely monitor market movements and continue to stay vigilant to effectively manage risks and ensure market stability.
