FSC Vice Chairman Kim So-young held a roundtable meeting with the financial investment sector and had talks on the progress of capital market reform measures and future plans. At the meeting, Vice Chairman Kim discussed the merits of recent capital market reforms, and said that further advancement of our capital markets can facilitate development and growth of all market participants, including the financial investment industry, listed companies and the exchange. In this regard, the FSC will continue to work on making improvements to Korea's capital markets by seeking to update regulations regarding new security types and STOs, convertible bonds and treasury stocks, and so on.
